Everything You Need to Know Before Your Session

From first-time preparation to ongoing training, here’s what to know before starting your Adapt & Evolve journey.

Your first session is all about understanding where you are and where you want to go. Ben will guide you through simple breathwork and mindset exercises to assess your stress response, focus, and comfort with cold exposure — ensuring the session is safe, personal, and empowering.

Not at all. Every session is tailored to your level. Whether you’re new to breath training or an athlete looking to optimize performance, the techniques are introduced gradually and safely.

Most sessions last between 60–90 minutes, depending on your goals and whether you’re doing a single or combined training (e.g., breath + cold or mindset coaching).

Many clients report feeling calmer and more focused after their first session. With consistent practice, you’ll notice better stress control, improved mental clarity, and faster recovery.

Sessions are primarily in person, with some mindset based work available remotely depending on your goals.

Safety is always prioritised. Sessions are adapted to the individual, and you’ll be guided carefully throughout. If you have medical concerns, these can be discussed before booking.

Consistency is key. Approach each session with presence, follow your coach’s guidance, and reflect on your progress to deepen results over time.
