Alongside building Adapt & Evolve, Ben also founded BeOne — a personal development and wellbeing company delivering workshops, courses, and programmes across organisations, communities, and funded mental health initiatives. His coaching model has been recognised and used within NHS-linked projects, council programmes, gyms, schools, and community settings.
Ben has studied NLP, neurobiology, and modern behavioural science, and strongly believes in the powerful connection between the body, brain, and mind. Rather than separating physical performance and mental wellbeing, his work blends both — because lasting change happens when physiology and psychology work together.
Ben is an advanced practitioner in outdoor cold-water exposure and an advanced practitioner of breath training, with over a decade of proven experience helping individuals and teams enhance their performance, resilience, and wellbeing. Holding a Diploma in Psychology and advanced certifications in breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset coaching, Ben blends scientific understanding with lived practice guiding people through both mental and physical transformation.
Ben applies these methods to himself every single day. Through breath training, cold exposure, physical challenges, psychological work, and consistent personal development, he continually puts himself in situations that demand growth. Proven in the Real World For over 10 years, Ben has owned and operated a large, successful group training gym facility in South Manchester. Alongside this, he has coached individuals one-to-one and in groups in personal development and life change for over a decade.
